Got your hands full at home with young kiddos?
Being a mom (or stay-at-home parent of any kind) is a tough job! I’ve seen my three sisters and many friends struggle to carve out time for their own health and fitness while their kids are young. I know it can feel impossible to sneak away to the gym or even fit in an at-home workout when you’re constantly wrangling little ones.
That’s why I bring the equipment to you, so that you can get your workout done: inside your home, with no commute time, using exercises that are safe to do with your kid(s) running around. I’m a proud aunt, I’m comfortable around kids, and I’m happy to help with the kiddo management if needed during the session. We can take breaks if needed for you to change diapers, etc. I arrive ready to work around your evolving needs and help you get in the best workout you can on that day.
I strive to provide an encouraging environment. My personal training style emphasizes body positivity; I meet you where you are and we build from there. While you are working out, you will also be modeling to your kids the value of exercising, being strong, and taking care of yourself.
