Path to Independence Model:

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.

My goal is to teach you how to strength train and help you make it part of your daily or weekly routine, whether that routine continues to involve me or not. I’m happy to offer clients the option of a “path to independence” model: we work together for a few weeks or a few months (however long we need to get you confident with the fundamentals and to build a plan for you to follow) and then you graduate! I will still be available if you’d like me to write programming for you as a virtual service or for less frequent check-in workouts. This can be a great option for more price-conscious clients – you get personalized help building a practice of strength training without having to commit to recurring payments long-term.
