- 1-on-1 Training: $47 per 30-minute workout, $65 per 60-minute workout
- Partner Training: $40 each person per 45-minute workout

Work with me at a gym facility
Work with me at Aevitas Fitness (Guilderland or Round Lake locations) for personal training sessions where we can take advantage of more space and more equipment than I can feasibly bring to your home (think trapbar deadlifts, rowers, skiergs, wall balls, cable machines, etc.!). Great for clients interested in training for hybrid fitness events.

Virtual Training:
I offer virtual training services, including both remote programming and live video sessions. I can write programming for running, strength training, or both! For running-only, I am ready to work with any client. For programs including strength training, this virtual service is geared towards clients with some experience and is not recommended for those completely new to strength training. Options include:
- Programming tailored to your needs, written weekly with ongoing check-ins/adjustments as needed
- Run-only plans starting at $100 / month
- Strength training only and combination plans starting at $150 / month
- Weekly strength training workout plans for clients who’ve graduated from personal training, to be completed on your own—not personalized to you individually but aligned with the exercises you learned how to do
- Starting at $40 / month
